It's Easy to shop from home!
Browse our webshop and add the items you
want to your order. When you are finished shopping click on the button that says "Send
the Stuff!".
You will be transported to a secure form where you need
to fill in your relevant information. Its the usual
list - name, address, phone and email as well as your
credit card type, number, expiry date and security code.
For your security, your presonal and credit card information is encrypted before it is sent to our office.
Please keep in mind that we process
webshop orders between
11am and 5pm - Monday to Friday (Eastern
Time).
What happens next
First we will verify your credit card
information with the bank.
Next we pull and pack your order.
If we can fill the order complete:
We will charge your credit card for the order you placed,
plus applicable taxes and shipping costs. We'll send you an email with your Canada Post tracking
number and ship your package.
If we can't fill the order as you have requested:
We will let you know by email. We may make suggestions
for alternatives and we will await your instructions
as to how to proceed.

Culture Shop", and we do sell smoking accessories,
however the intention is that they be utilized with
legal herbs and smoking mixtures.

process orders of $20.00 CDN or more.
Webshop Service area
We will ship anywhere in Canada. We are a Canadian company
serving Canadians! (put that in your pipe and smoke it!)
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master Card,
and American Express.
We only ship to the billing address
of the card holder.
We verify all credit card names
and address with the issuing bank.
We can only process orders that
contain a valid phone number.
The person placing the order
must have the same name as the card holder or the order
will not be processed.
The webshop does not accept any
other forms of payment.
COD
We do NOT offer COD services.

We do not offer shipping

Sorry we do not rush orders.
We can't find a single reason why you should spend all
that extra hard cash just to get your stuff a day or
two sooner.
We're trying to foster a comfortable
working environment at this end and quite frankly we
don't need the stress generated by rushing anything!
You will get your stuff, it will
be in perfect condition when it arrives and it will
have been triple checked to ensure your satisfaction!

Breakage and Damages
We make every possible effort
to ensure that your order arrives in one piece, and
is complete. It has been checked, inspected and rechecked
before it leaves our offices.
If your order should arrived
damaged please keep all shipping materials and damaged product and contact
us a.s.a.p.
